2003 Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
The Annual General Meeting for the GBDF has been arranged for the 22nd February 2003, at Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre, Park Road, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1JS commencing at 11a.m.
Nominations are required for the following positions on the Executive Board.
President
Chief Executive
Administration Director
Finance Director
Masters Director
Events Director
Communications Director
Nominations in writing should be sent to me as soon as possible, before the end of January, along with proposals for any agenda items. Proposal form and a postal voting form.
Below is rule 4.16 from the GBDF Constitution.
“Members who are entitled to vote at Conference, but who are unable to attend, may submit postal votes. Such votes must be submitted on the official form, approved for the purpose; postal votes may only be counted if they are received by the Administration Director, at least two days before Conference. Such votes must be sent by ordinary First, or Second Class Post and not more than one member’s form may be included in any one envelope. Postal votes conforming to the above procedure shall be added to the votes of those voting members present. No details of the postal votes shall be given to any member prior to Conference voting”.
The meeting will be followed by a training session for Masters Divers starting at1pm and lasting until 5pm – cost £8 per person.
