2006 Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
The Annual General Meeting for the GBDF has been arranged for the 11th February 2006, at Cheltenham Recreation Centre, Tommy Taylor's Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 4RN commencing at 10.30 am.
Nominations are required for the following positions on the Executive Board.
President
Chief Executive
Administrative Director
Finance Director
Masters Director
Events Director
Communications Director
2 Non-Executive Directors
Nominations in writing should be sent to myself as soon as possible, closing date the 2nd January 2006, along with proposals for any agenda items. Nominations received after this date will not be accepted.
Below is rule 4.16 from the GBDF Constitution.
"Members who are entitled to vote at Conference, but who are unable to attend, may submit postal votes. Such votes must be submitted on the official form, approved for the purpose; postal votes may only be counted if they are received by the Administrative Director, at least two days before the Conference."
The AGM will be followed by a training session, from 2pm - 6pm on Saturday, and another from 10am - 3pm on Sunday. These are free to GBDF members.
