Urgent Notice For All Masters Divers
Change in Conditions for Sheffield Masters Competition July 2003.
Following consultation with divers, the following change has been made to the ‘Open Masters Championship Events’ (not ‘B’ group or Novice competitions)
On all boards, 1 metre, 3 metre and Platform:
Optional Dives
The Minimum Number of groups to be used in the optional dives section (second part) has been reduced for most age groups. (Please note that there is no change to the number of dives in the competition)
In all age groups up to 59, divers must cover a minimum of 3 groups. (reduced from 5 and 4)
For all age groups 60 +, divers must cover a minimum of 2 groups.
You can of course still use as many groups as you wish, but the minimum requirement is now lower to make the competition more accessible.
