It is with regret that I have accepted the resignation of Jim McNally from the post of President of the Great Britain Diving Federation.

Jim’s departure will leave a gap on the Executive board that will be difficult to fill, especially on the tricky issue of working towards a joint Masters programme with the ASA in the future. He also had much to contribute to the re-development of the GBDF.

The GBDF and Diving has much to thank Jim for in his stewardship of the organisation over a difficult period in the later part of the 1990s and into the 21st century and personally, I will miss both his counsel and his knowledge on the board.
