Diving Head Coach

Ringwood Diving Club is situated 40 km East of Melbourne and boasts good facilities, talented divers and a great track-record. We are seeking a new Head Coach who will take charge of the Junior and Open qualified squad, and work with the other coaches to develop divers to achieve their goals and potential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will

• Be a current Level 2 or higher Diving Coach or have the equivalent international qualification.
• Have had experience in coaching divers who have competed in National and/or International events.
• Have experience with diving harness training techniques.
• Gain a working knowledge of Diving Australia’s structure and activities or be prepared to gain this knowledge
• Be prepared to work in conjunction with DA and the Victorian Diving Association towards building a competitive environment in line with the future direction of DA.
• Be committed to the process of continous improvement and
• Have the ability to work collaboratively and influence others

A remuneration package that is consistent with the individual’s skills and experience will be negotiated.
