Would all users please ensure that they do not give out any personal information to other people on this forum. It is an open web site and the GBDF cannot guarantee who is using it and why. Therefore please follow established safety guidelines:

- Users under the age of 16 should be supervised by a responsible adult.
This facility is provided to allow exchanges of information between divers, coaches and/or other people interested in developing or promoting the sport of Springboard and Highboard Diving.
Please do not use this facility to abuse or denigrate other people or to damage the status of the sport of Diving. The site is provided to promote and help people in diving and the GBDF will not accept people abusing the facility.
The forum is NOT to be used for buying and selling of items, any such postings will be removed. People who abuse the forum facility will be initially asked to stop, continual abuse will result in the user being barred.
